We use a calorie calculator to help match you with the Plate Builder that best suits your needs. While this tool provides a helpful estimate, my Slim Program is not about strict calorie counting. (Just the opposite - actually!


I'm all about learning how to properly build your plate, and then learning how to turn into your body's natural hunger-fullness cues.) As I like to say, “Calories count… but don’t count calories.”


Instead of obsessing over numbers, you’ll use your personalized Plate Builder to naturally land around your ideal calorie range—without stress.


Each Plate Builder is designed to support balanced, nutrient-dense, plant-forward, and anti-inflammatory eating in an intuitive and sustainable way.



How to Use This Tool:


Step 1: Fill out the information in the calorie calculator below.


Step 2:
 You’ll receive a daily calorie estimate.


Step 3:
 Use that estimate to determine your Plate Builder.


  • If your daily calorie estimate is below 1,600, follow Plate Builder A.


  • If your daily calorie estimate is between 1,601 and 2,200, follow Plate Builder B.


  • If your daily calorie estimate is 2,201 or higher, follow Plate Builder C.
