How do the daily check-ins work?
Each weekday, Emmie reviews what you log inside the app, including your meals, workouts, journal entries, and messages, and responds with personalized feedback.
Daily check-ins are based on your participation. As you log and share, Emmie engages directly with your inputs. This isn’t a “How are you?” check-in, it’s guidance based on your real-time actions.
If nothing is logged, there’s nothing to review, so the value comes from staying engaged.
What if I miss a day?
No problem. There’s no pressure to be perfect or log every single day.
